In what may potentially be the last year of RingCon, the Outlander crew has come out in full force. RingCon grew from humble beginnings with just 1,500 attendees in 2002 to reaching 50,000 attendees in 2014. Even with the increase in numbers, it is just not where the organizers need it to be to sustain the Con. It was thought that more tickets would be sold this year, but the addition of Outlander (Diana Gabaldon, Graham McTavish, Duncan Lacroix, Gary Lewis) and Sam Heughan (he has a solo panel as well) only “sort of” managed to sell more tickets. The organizers say that it may not be a completely done deal but that there will definitely not be a RingCon in 2016. This years event is being held November 6th- 8th in the Maritim Hotel, Bonn, Germany.
