Frank (Tobias Menzies) died during the first half of season three, and Black Jack Randall (Tobias Menzies) died in the first episode of season three. There have been rumblings of Tobias Menzies making a comeback in season four for flashback scenes or some creative license on the Outlander timeline. It seems that Tobias’ comeback to the season four set was completely missed back in March 2018 when the cast and crew were filming at Dunure Harbour. I only saw mentions of it on my Twitter timeline this morning. What is particularly odd about this set that Frank is spotted on is that it is back in the timeline of Jamie and Claire, not a flashback for Brianna. Even more curious is that Sophie Skelton apparently can be seen in these photos/videos in period costume. Is Brianna having a vision of Frank guide her on this journey?
