The preview shows Claire (Caitriona Balfe) recovering and Jamie (Sam Heughan) by her bedside. Ian (John Bell) shows up, and something upsetting also happens to him. William (Charles Vandervaart) is on a mission to save Jane (Silvia Presente), probably with the disapproval of Lord John (David Berry). There is an assumption that Brianna (Sophie Skelton) reunites with Roger (Richard Rankin) or at least ends up somewhere in the past because of the candlelights behind her.
